Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your deposit to be processed, as funds do not transfer instantly. Keep the confirmation receipt sent to your email as your proof of payment.

Before You Begin

Have the following details on hand to complete your deposit:

  • Buyer’s full name
  • Buyer’s email address (receipt will be sent here)
  • Address of the property
  • Listing (seller’s) agent name
  • Buyer’s agent name
  • Buyer’s agent email (receives a copy of the receipt)
  • Deposit amount

Important: Your deposit must be received on or before the due date specified in your Offer to Purchase. Late deposits may be declined, or may require an amendment to the contract if the seller agrees to accept the late payment.
